Assembly Schedule $999
This Assembly Schedule report shows the jobs that are scheduled to go through a specific work center, and is actually part of a larger systems involving some custom (FastForms) fields and some .NET web pages that allow the report user to maintain job status and the sequence of jobs. It provides links to a other reports showing details on the availability of the components needed for the job, about the job itself and the sales order it is tied to. Jobs can be assigned to a particular machine and operator, and the estimated completion date for the job can be tracked.
Backlog Status $199
The Backlog Status report provides flexible reporting about all unshipped sales orders, and can help analyze the backlog in a variety of ways. There are flexible parameter choices, and options regarding the level of detail to be shown.
Bookings $999
Made2Manage does not really provide a way to track bookings accurately if the value of orders received may change significantly over time. It's easy to sum up orders received in a given time period, but how to account for cancelled orders or orders where line items were cancelled, reduced or increased. This system allows you to accurately determine net orders booked over the desired time period. It includes several SQL Server Reporting Services reports that look at the data in varying ways, as well as scripts to create SQL tables, stored procedures and functions to implement the system. Automated tasks create snapshots of the backlog at predetermined intervals, and the bookings are calculated by determining change in backlog less shipments.
Containment Report $399
When a defect is discovered, the Containment Report identifies places that should be reviewed to see if the defect exists there as well. It looks at Jobs, Shipments, Receipts, On Hand Quantities, etc. not just for the part itself but it looks up and down the BOM to determine wherever that part is used. It provides the information needed to improve Quality Control by helping determine where you need to check to see if a given defect has impacted other parts.
Cost Estimating $999
A system to determine historical costs for all the parts needed to produce a collection of end items. Includes 3 SQL Server Reporting Services reports that look at the data in varying levels of detail, and an Access front-end to allow users to setup and name different collections of parts, as well as scripts to create SQL tables, stored procedures and functions to implement the system. Designed to simplify the process of preparing quotations for large numbers of related parts, although it also can be used for individual parts. According to John V, a cost estimator at Cobham, "I don't know how we could possibly get our work done without these reports!"
Customer On-Time Performance History $199
The Customer On-Time Performance Report provides management with a Key Performance Indicator to track how well the company is doing in getting orders fully shipped to customers by the due date. It tracks orders for each customer, and can just show summary percentages by customer or you can view the details of whether targets were met on each release of each order line item.
Customer, Vendor or Sales Rep Portal $4500
This .NET application makes it easy to provide external users with access to specific SQL Server Reporting Services reports that only show data relevant to that user. Includes a variety of SQL tables and views required to implement the system.
Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) $599
SQL Server Reporting Services reports that calculate the EOQ for end items, and the components that make up those end items. A fairly complex formula is used, which depends on forecast annual shipments of the end items, which can be stored in a user defined or fast forms field in the item master. This report explodes out the Bill of Materials and determines both the component usage and the EOQ for the components.
Import RFQ Responses $1999
When Requests for Quotes are sent out to vendors, they are automatically emailed with a spreadsheet and also product drawings attached. When vendors return the quotes, an Access application imports the prices and delivery quoted into Made2Manage.
Invoice Items $199
The Invoice Items report provides a flexible reporting tool to analyze invoices by customer, part, distributor, etc. This report also keeps track of the pricing, profits and margins for the parts.

Sales Order Review and Bookings $4500
System for reviewing Sales Orders to make sure all departments have reviewed and approved pertinent data before an order is scheduled for production. The data is linked to Made2Manage, and helps manage the SO workflow. This includes a custom Access front-end application linked to the SQL data, and takes a less automated approach to accurately determine bookings that our other Bookings package. Instead of taking backlog snapshots, this approach has Sales order entry people manually record any dollar changes to Sales Orders that occur after the order was originally entered.
Salesperson Mass Change $499
An Access screen allowing a user to change all customers in a state from a specified salesperson to another. This could be modified to make the changes based on territory, distributor, or other desired criteria, or to change territories instead of salespeople.
